Shipping & Returns

Local Shipping
  1. Free Delivery to Malta and Gozo.
  2. All prices quoted are inclusive of any Value Added Tax or other sales taxes applicable in Malta.
  3. Please be aware that we may use third-party delivery services, including but not limited to couriers, transportation companies, etc.
  4. We can change the prices on our site at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders which we have already accepted.
  5. All orders are processed within one business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, another email notification is sent when the order has been shipped. .

 

Worldwide Shipping
  • We ship all over the world – please drop us an email with the requested items and we will provide you with the applicable delivery fee.
  • Kindly note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Leif and Lillie is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?
  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

  • If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation notice please contact us on [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Alternatively, you may also contact us via our social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
  • Returns will be accepted up to 14 days from date of delivery this means you have 14 days receiving your item to request a return.
  • To start a return, you can contact us on [email protected] If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

  • Refunds can only be issued to the bank card that was used when placing the order. Please allow up to five working days for a card refund to show up in your bank statement. This may vary according to your bank.

 

  • When making returns, please bear in mind that any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags attached in their original state and in the same packaging and boxes. We will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned items.

 

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Damages and issues
  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us on [email protected] or our social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
