Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Gifts can be exchanged only if gift receipt is provided.
- Returns will be accepted up to 14 days from date of delivery this means you have 14 days receiving your item to request a return.
- To start a return, you can contact us on email@example.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Refunds can only be issued to the bank card that was used when placing the order. Please allow up to five working days for a card refund to show up in your bank statement. This may vary according to your bank.
- When making returns, please bear in mind that any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags attached in their original state and in the same packaging and boxes. We will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned items.
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Items purchased with a discount or from our sale categories can be exchanged against other items within the 15 day time frame, for sale items refunds will not be given- exchanges for other items only.
Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or our social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
